Return and Refund Policy :

At Royal Libas, we strive to provide you with the best ethnic wear. Please review our policies below regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel.

  • After Shipping: Once the product has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellation requests through the website.

2. Exchange Policy

  • 3-Day Exchange Window: We offer an easy exchange option within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Exchange is applicable only on selected products. Please check the specific product page to confirm if the item is eligible for exchange.

  • Note: Policies are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You have received a damaged product.

  • You have received the incorrect product.

Important: Mandatory Unboxing Video To initiate a return for a damaged or wrong product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.

  • Please record the video while opening the package.

  • Email the video to: care.thelibasindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Note: Without an unboxing video, return requests will strictly not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Fit/Size Issues: Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

  • Minor Variations: Slight color variations or print/design differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings. These are not considered defects.

  • Customized Products: Any item customized to your measurements or preferences is final sale.

5. Shipping & Charges

  • Self-Shipping: Customers are required to self-ship the product to our office address. We do not offer reverse pickup services at this time.

  • Charges: A min. of ₹150 Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

6. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Requests must be raised within the timeline mentioned on the product page. Late requests will be rejected.
